Jomol, Vineeth Kumar Reunite After 27 Years

The Raakilipattu actress Jomol is all set to make a comeback in the industry after a break of a decade. She would star in VK Prakash’s Careful and is quite excited about the venture. What is most interesting fact about this flick, is that it would be a reunion for Jomol and Vineeth Kumar, who last worked together, 27 years ago.  

"We are shown as a happy couple with a daughter. Something happens to the family, and a series of events ensue. Incidentally, I began my film career as a child actress in Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha, in 1989 where I was Unniyarcha and Vineeth Kumar was Chandu! I told him I have returned to haunt him,” said Jomol mischievously.

Talking about how she made up her mind on a comeback, the actress said, "VKP is a family friend and when he told me there is a nice character for me in his film, I didn't think twice. He is someone whom I trust, and even if you have just a few scenes in his film, it would be worth it, I felt. The project is being bank rolled by Suresh Balajee and George Pious together under the banner of Wide Angle creations.
