Looks like Mohanlal is not having a good time in Mollywood. The actor recently walked out of the Shaji N. Karun directorial ‘Gaadha’, and now according to the reports, the shooting of his next has been suspended. He was shooting for ‘Pulimurugan’ at the forest areas of Pooyam Kutti.
The filming was abandoned in the location because of the stay order issued by the Kerala High Court. The decision of the court was influenced by a petition filed by a localite named Naushad. He claims that the film’s unit is misusing the forest and is also damaging it.
He added that an immense amount of plastic and rubber, that is used for creating the sets, was found inside the forest. He also alleged that the team was planning to shoot a bomb blast scene inside the forest, which would have harmed the forest and its life. The project is being helmed by Vysakh and is being bankrolled by Mulakupadam Films.
