Major Ravi To Collaborate With Mohanlal

Director Major Ravi and Priyadarshan could be joining hands again for the upcoming magnum opus Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham. The movie is featuring Mohanlal in the lead role. Major Ravi had started his career in Malayalam cinema assisting Priyadarshan in films such as Mekham.

According to a Deccan Chronical report, Major Ravi said, “Priyadarshan had called me. I might be part of the film as an assistant director. Once the movie is done, I will also be working on a movie with Mohanlal again”.

Talking about the film with Mohanlal, he says, though won’t be an Army movie but something that is set in Kerala in the line of Aaraam Thampuram. He is already working on the script. Apart from this movie, Major Ravi will also direct a movie with Nivin Pauly. Moreover, He made his official, full-fledged feature film debut with Keerthi Chakra, starring Mohanlal and has made a total of five films with the actor.
