Manju To Play Postwoman In C/O Saira Banu

With Manju Warrier, one can never know what to expect next. She has many avatars, be it lawyer, cop, cartoonist, volleyball coach, however, being an actress, she is proving her mettle in this field as well. Manju is all set to bring in another side of her acting for debutant director Antony Sony.

The flick is titled C/O Saira Banu, where Manju plays title role of a post-woman. The director added, "Though a Muslim character, she is not portrayed as someone extremely conservative or following a strictly religious dress code in the movie. She is a normal, simple woman, who works as a postwoman".

Manju will portray the mother of a teenager, Kismath fame actor Shane Nigam. "Their relationship is also an important part of the story, and we are also on the lookout for someone to play Shane's love interest in the movie”, said Antony. Moreover, yesteryear actress Amala Akkineni will make her comeback in Mollywood after 25 years.
