Manju very much a part of Rani Padmini, director confirms

Ever since Manju Warrier made an amazing comeback to the industry, it has been raining offers for her. The talented actress, who hit the silver screens with Rosshen Andrews' How Old Are You after a gap of almost 14 years, still looks fresh and every bit beautiful. Earlier, it was reported that the actress has been roped in to play the leading role in Aashiq Abu's next venture titled Rani Padmini, but it was later announced that Manju Warrier has walked out of the project. However, rubbishing all rumours, the director himself confirmed that Manju Warrier is very much a part of the project.

He also informed that his wife, ace actress Rima Kallingal will play the other lead character in the movie. According to the director, Rani Padmini will revolve around the journey of Rani and Padmini, from Kochi to Delhi. The thriller travel movie is all set to go on floors in the next month.
