Manju Warrier’s Next To Be Sports-Themed Movie

Manju Warrier is currently shooting for her upcoming film ‘Vettah’ starring Kunchacko Boban. Even before the completion of the film, people have started talking about her next film and are curious to know about it. The Ennum Eppozhum actress will be seen in an interesting role in her next film.

According to reports, the next film of Manju Warrier will be a sports-themed movie. Director Deepu Karunakaran will be helming the venture. Arunlal Ramachandran, who has also scripted the current film of the actress, has scripted the film. Sources close to the film reveal that the flick will go on floors by February 2016.

Arunlal opened up about the film and the role of the lead actress. He said, "It will be a sports-centric movie that will have a lot of feel-good elements". The story will revolve around a blind cricketer. He added, "It's a role that she has never done before. In fact, Manju chechi had agreed to be part of the movie halfway through our first pitch as she said she always wanted to do a movie like Chak De! India".
