Mazhayathu To Release On May 25

National Award winning director Suveeran's next, titled Mazhayathu is scheduled to release on May 25. The movie seems to be a horror thriller. The trailer of the film generated curiosity among the audiences. The film is highlighting a Malayali middle-class family consisting of a father, mother and a young daughter going through a disturbing and possibly paranormal crisis.
The movie is featuring Aparna Gopinath as the mother and Nikesh Ram as the father. Also, the film also stars Nandhana Varma, Shanthi Krishna, Manoj K Jayan, Sunil Sukhada, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Nandhu, Sivaji Guruvayoor, Sreeya Remesh and Reshmi Boban.
Notably, this is Suveeran’s second movie. Gopi Sunder composes the music of the film. Moreover, after the success of Athithi in Tamil, this is the second movie under production by Spellbound Films Inc. The film is shot in a village named Kuttiady in Vadakara. There are few scenes which were shot in Ernakulam and Chennai.
