Prithviraj To Play Kaaliyan In His Next

Good news for the fans of Prithviraj , the actor is all set to star in the upcoming film Kaaliyan, which was announced in a grand manner in Kochi. The actor will be playing the titular character of Kaaliyan in the film. It will be a period drama, which is inspired by the ballads on Iravikuttipillai, a warrior of Venad.

Moreover, the motion poster of the film was recently released along with its announcement. Tamil actor Satyaraj is also going to be seen in a prominent role in Kaaliyan. Prithviraj’s warrior look in the film is very intriguing with his long, flowing hair and powerful physique. The film is being helmed by S. Mahesh while the script has been penned by B. T. Anil Kumar.

Meanwhile, Bollywood composers Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will be onboard the film and interestingly,makers have also claimed that action sequences would be choreographed by those who  had been a part of the successful Game of Thrones series. Produced under the banner of Magic moon, Sujith Vassudev will take care of cinematography.
