Shooting Of Soubin Shahir Starrer 'Ambili' Kickstarts

Johnpaul George's upcoming film 'Ambili' starring Soubin Shahir has kick-started with a pooja ceremony recently. The movie is introducing few new actors in the industry. Nazriya Nazim's brother Naveen Nasim and another newbie Thanvi Ram will be making their debut with this movie. Soubin's character in Ambili hasn't been disclosed yet.

Johnpaul's 'Guppy' which had Tovino in lead was a critically appraised movie which didn’t do well in the theatres. Hopes are high this time. Moreover, apart from the debutants, Vettukili Prakash and Jaffer Idukki will be seen playing other important characters in the film.

Notably, the last movie in which Soubin played the lead role was ‘Sudani from Nigeria’ directed by Zakariya. Moreover, he played a football club manager in Malappuram which was well received by movie lovers and critics. As far as film’s crew is concerned, Sharan will handle the department of cinematography. Ambili will reportedly be shot in the locales of Idukki, Bangalore, Rann of Kutch, Goa, Rajasthan and Ladakh.
