Srinda Ashab To Play Anoop Menon’s Wife In Mohanlal’s Next

Srinda Ashab, who was last seen in ‘Pinneyum’, is trying to make a name for herself in Mollywood. The actress has bagged a major role in the next flick of Mohanlal. She will be seen playing the role of Anoop Menon’s wife in the film.

During a recent interaction with a leading daily, the Rasputin actress opened up about her role in the film. She said, "While Mohanlal-Meena's family life will be the focus of the movie, it also has a subplot that revolves around Anoopettan and I. I play a wife, who trusts her husband and loves him a lot. They had a love marriage and stay in the same housing colony where Lalettan and Meena chechi reside in the film".

Srinda added that she is quite excited to share screen space with Mohanlal for the first time. She has earlier been the assistant director of two of the films of the Drishyam star. Reportedly, the film is based on V J James' novel ‘Pranayopanishadh’.
