There Were Attempts To Sideline: Gokul Suresh

Mollywood actor Gokul Suresh made his acting debut with Malayalam caper-comedy film Vipin Das in 2016. The movie was received well at the box office and soon the audience took notice of the actor. His second was an action thriller film Masterpiece with superstar Mammootty. He has till now acted in three movies and his third was Saiju S. S. directorial Ira.

While the actor has been appreciated by the critics for his acting abilities, he said that it wasn’t easy for him. He said, “There were attempts to sideline me as the shooting of some of my films got delayed. Producers started shying away from meeting me. But I am not bothered. I believe that if someone is talented nobody can stop him or her from reaching the goal”.

The actor is the eldest son of Malayalam actor and Rajya Sabha MP Suresh Gopi. If reports are to be believed, the actor will star in Lelam 2. The flick will be helmed by Nithin Renji Panicker.
