'Utopiayile Rajavu', 'Double Barrel' and 'Jamna Pyari' to Fight Tug of War on Onam

The Mollywood industry has planned a fat treat for their audiences with three movies slated for release this Onam. Mammootty starrer 'Utopiayile Rajavu’, Indrajith starrer 'Double Barrel' and Kunchacko Boban starrer 'Jamna Pyari' are all set to lock horns at the box office. All the three films look interesting and their teasers have caught the people’s eye.

'Utopiayile Rajavu' is a satirical comedy and a family entertainer filmed by Kamal. On the other hand, director Lijo Jose Pellisserry’s 'Double Barrel' is a gangster comedy.  ‘Jamna Pyari’ - the Thomas Sebastian directorial - is a comedy too in which Kunchacko Boban plays an auto rickshaw driver. 

The triple comic relief might put the audiences in a tricky situation. Also, the three films might face competition from Mohanlal’s action thriller ‘Loham’, which was released last week. Let’s see if audiences continue to be in action or opt for the comedy dose.
