Here's How Kapil Sharma Thanked Sunil Grover For His Contribution On The 100th Episode Of The Kapil Sharma Show!

Sunil Grover might not have returned to The Kapil Sharma Show after the alleged spat with Kapil Sharma, but as the show completes 100 episodes [on April 23], Kapil discreetly thanked, not only his fans, but also Sunil and other team members including Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar, who too boycotted the show after the much hyped brawl.

In the episode, [see clip below] Kapil gave a vote of thanks and said, “Today is our 100th episode. I would like to thank our audience, all the celebrities who have come to our show—be it from sports or any other industry. I would like to thank our on-stage team or backstage team and all those people who are with us today, and those who are not with us.”

Adding to that, former cricketer Navjot Singh Sindhu, who is an integral part of The Kapil Sharma Show, made an appeal to everyone to keep the show going and indirectly sent out a message to Sunil Grover and others to sort their differences and reunite.

Sidhu said, “I look at this show as destiny. It is like a bouquet crafted by God. It’s not possible for just one person to make and successful run such a big show for so many episodes. I pray and request everyone to not let this bouquet fall apart, and keep it united. Yeh guldasta sirf mera ya tera nahi hai, yeh pure desh ka guldasta hai, isse bikharne mat do.”

While fans were expecting to have someone big from Bollywood gracing the episode and mark the 100th episode celebration, Kapil surprised everyone by inviting the National Women’s cricket team members, Veda Krishnamurthy, Mithali Raj, Harmanpreet Kaur and Jhulam Goswami on his show. He even shared a picture with Veda on his Twitter account.

The alleged fight took place when the team of The Kapil Sharma Show was returning from Melbourne in March, and Kapil reportedly hurled a shoe at Sunil.
