With Star Plus introducing as many as 4 new shows to fill up their afternoon slots, that  previously aired the reruns of the last night episodes of different shows, the game has only upped.

1. Agniphera

Two women fall for the same guy. The interesting twist is while one is a lawyer, the other is a law breaker! So what would be the fate of this love is all that constitutes Agniphera. It will be aired on &TV from 20^th March at 8pm.

2. Sher-E-Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh

The title itself is self-explanatory and the show will show the life and times of the great maharaja. It will be aired from 20^th March at 8:30pm on Life OK.

3. Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaaji

Yes, it is the sequel to the famous show Diya Aur Baati Hum. It will be aired on Star Plus from 3^rd April at 1 pm.

4. Dhai Kilo Prem

It will showcase the love between two people who are overweight, and who has their own aspirations and desires! With a fat actress, it looks like it might be able to break stereotypes! It will be aired on Star Plus from 3^rd April at 2pm.

5.  Kya Kasoor Hai Amala Ka?

It is the Indian adaptation of the extremely famous Turkish show, Fatmagul! Well, need we say more? It will be aired on Star Plus from 3^rd April at 12:30pm.

6. Ek Aastha Aisi Bhi

Set in Banaras, this is the story of a girl who is naughty. Not much has been revealed about the plot. The show will start on 3^rd April at 1:30pm on Star Plus.
