Banjo has elements of Mumbai and setup of a rock movie. In a weird way, it also seems to be a cross between Kaminey and Rockstar. Though, the teaser is attractive enough, but you get the feeling that you have seen a lot of it before. Riteish seems comfortable in his role, and by the looks of it, he's the one who's going to carry the movie from start to end.
