5 Bollywood Actors Whose Careers Desperately Need A Miracle

No matter how much we love them or hope that their films would do well, there are certain Bollywood stars whose careers just don’t take off the way they should. Working with big production houses, Khans,  and reputed filmmakers is no longer the formula for success. There are some stars who desperately need a miracle in their careers, despite having made it to 100 Cr club movies and having worked with the Khans. They need to exhibit real acting skills and not just use big names as a vehicle to climb up the ladder of success. Here are five actors who need a miracle!

Parineeti Chopra

We loved her in Hasee Toh Phasee, but that’s it! Pari has a lot of potential, but she hasn’t been able to translate that on celluloid with her acting chops. It could be her choice of films or the long sabbatical that she took that has made us lose our faith in her. She hasn’t done enough work to be able to establish herself in the industry. She needs a miraculous script!

Sonakshi Sinha

She’s the Dabangg girl who kickstarted her career with the baap of all career launchers, Salman Khan! But, besides Lootera, we didn’t quite see her craft in any of her movies so far. Sonakshi showed oodles of potential in Lootera as Pakhi, but we never got to see her that way again. It’s high time she ditches people on Twitter, chooses non Khan films and most importantly, a good script!

Arjun Kapoor

This man is proof that having a big surname doesn’t really help. He does have a good film like 2 States in his kitty with an entry into the 100 Cr club, but Arjun has not impressed us at all with his acting so far. We cannot even recall one good film where we can say we have faith in the actor. His upcoming film Half Girlfriend might break the jinx for him, but Arjun baba needs a miracle!

Shraddha Kapoor

Another Kapoor from a big shot film family has been utterly disappointing. All her films are a déjà vu for the audience because all she does is sing, dance in the rain and shout at the top of her voice. We can literally copy paste stills from her movies and you wouldn’t be able to distinguish which is what! Shraddha needs a solid class in acting and a brilliant director to take the best out of her.

Vivek Oberoi

Among all the above-mentioned names, here’s one actor who proved his mettle right at the beginning of his career, but vanished into thin air and never quite made the mark he had left on us. He’s Bollywood’s undisputedly loved Adi from Saathiya who never romanced anyone again like he did Rani. We’re not sure why he’s not doing good films and choosing better scripts! Perhaps he’s also waiting for a miracle.
