AKSHAY KUMAR
A black belt in taekwondo, Akshay Kumar started training in martial arts from a young age. In addition to taekwondo, he possesses knowledge of other martial art forms including karate and Muay Thai. The actor also runs free of cost martial arts classes for women in Mumbai and plans to open self-defence training centres across the country.
SHAH RUKH KHAN
Shah Rukh Khan’s love for sports is not hidden, be it owning a cricket team or talking about the importance of sports at various public platforms. He used to be a hockey player in his school days and even served as the captain of his school’s hockey and cricket teams.
MILIND SOMAN
Besides making women swoon over his good looks, Milind Soman is also a role model for fitness enthusiasts. Apart from being a swimmer and a cyclist, the athlete has been dubbed as the Ironman, after he successfully completed the Ironman Triathlon in Switzerland in July, 2015. He also completed the Ultraman challenge that took place in Florida earlier this year.
