Deepika Padukone Breaks Her Silence On Her Engagement!

The social media circles and the fans have been bustling over the news of the alleged engagement of the IT couple of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.  Although the duo haven’t done as much to admit to a relationship in the open, but nonetheless the rumours keep pouring in. 

Last week, Ranveer Singh was circled at the airport when he returned to India after the shoot of Befikre and he brushed off the engagement rumours in his quintessential style saying "Arey kya baat kar rahe ho yaar. Subah Subah neend bhi puri nahi hui hai. Ab aaya hu toh pata chalega!"

And now Deepika Padukone has finally put an end to all engagement speculations for good at a press conference, after she sizzled the ramp for Manish Malhotra last night in Delhi at the FDCI India Couture Week 2016.

Deepika put it out in very clear words that she is not engaged and it won’t happen any time soon. She said, “I am not pregnant, I am not engaged, I am not married. I am not planning to get married anytime soon.”

Looks like the fans of the couple will have to wait a little longer to hear the good news.
