Deepika Padukone Reads Out A Heart-Warming Letter From Her Father While Accepting Her Filmfare Award
Deepika Padukone had another De Ja Vu moment at the Britannia Filmfare Awards 2016 held in Mumbai.
The Mastani was emotionally charged while she won the Best Actress award from the evergreen beauty, Rekha. What followed after that is a life lesson for all parents and something we all should believe in.
The teary eyed actress held the black lady in her hands and read out a few lines from a letter, her father Prakash Padukone had written to her years ago.
It read:
“If you love what you do nothing else matters, not even awards. Follow your heart and live your dream. You are our daughter and then an actress.”
And after all this while we think Deepika is truly the reigning queen of Bollywood right now, because she has a very loving family who have stood by her through the ups and downs of her life.
