Bollywood Is Going Gaga Over Diljit Dosanjh’s Super Singh’s Trailer!

Social media has been pretty hyped about Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa-starrer Super Singh, ever since Dosanjh’s look as a Sikh superhero came out a while back. The hype train doesn’t seem to be slowing down! In about 33 hours of its release, the trailer has managed to cross 2 million views, and has been shuttling between the #1 and #2 spot on YouTube since.

From the looks of it, Super Singh is going to be a cracker of a movie with Dosanjh’s witty one liners and great comic timing, grand action sequences - hopefully, all the things that the Tiger Shroff-starrer Flying Jatt couldn’t deliver. The CGI sequences, too, look much more believable according to the Twitterati.

Besides regular fans who absolutely loved the movie, Bollywood has also congratulated the actors and team. A hardcore Punjabi by heart, actor Akshay Kumar tweeted: “Ek toh Singh – Dir. Anurag Singh…upar se SUPER - @diljitdosanjh! #SuperSingh trailer. Looking forward to Punjab’s own superhero”.

Actor Varun Dhawan, too, wished the team luck: “All the best aman and Pawan #SuperSingh looks super good @diljitdosanjh”.

Declaring it as a must watch, director Karan Johar wrote, “Super and crazy fun!!! @diljitdosanjh and Anurag Singh combine to create magic again!!!! Must watch!”

Actor Sonakshi Sinha seemed so impressed that she named herself Super Sinha. “This looks like FUNNN!!! All the best @diljitdosanjh @balajimotionpic and Super Singh team... from Super Sinha,” she tweeted.

On crossing the 2 million mark, Diljit Dosanjh also thanked his fans. “#SuperSingh More Than 2 Million Shillion With in 33Hrs. LOVE MY FANS,” he wrote. The tweet also included a short video which had Dosanjh posing with kids, all dressed up in the superhero gear.
