Leonardo DiCaprio: I Do Not Take Tonight For Granted

Leonardo DiCaprio: I Do Not Take Tonight For Granted

Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won the Best Actor Award for his performance in 'The Revenant' after waiting for 23 years. It took him 6 nominations and getting lost in the wilderness to win the Academy Award. More than the actor himself, the world had been waiting for this big win. But now the moment has come when the 41-year-old actor will finally take the award home.

The award was presented by Julianne Moore and Leonardo DiCaprio won our hearts with the humble speech he gave on receiving the award. Thanking the jury and the audience for the award Leonardo said, "Let us not take this planet for granted. I do not take tonight for granted." Discussing climate change at large, Leonardo draws attention to the urgent threat of climate change which is by far the most dangerous threat to the human species.
