Friends Star Courtney Cox 'Regrets' Using Cosmetic Procedures To Fight Aging

In case you are have ever followed Friends, you must feel sad once in a while when you see how the stars have grown old. The aging stars is a reminder of the passing time and how we have grown up ourselves.

But one particular 'Friend', gives us an odd feeling in particular.

For a lot of years, Courtney Cox who played Monica Geller had come under fire for going under the knife to fight aging. And not only that, as the actress grew up older, the cosmetic procedures made her face...weird.

And, now after years of dodging the questions, she opened about her decisions. On the show of Running Wild with Bear Grylls, the actress gave us insight into her mind.

Here's what she has to say:

“Getting older has not been.. I don’t think it’s the easiest thing. But I have learned lessons."

“Sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and go, ‘Oh, God.’ Like, you look horrible. I have done things that I regret, and luckily they’re things that dissolve and go away. So, that’s good, because it’s not always been my best look. Now I just have a new motto: ‘Just let it be.'"

The 52-year-old actress said that there’s constant pressure on women in the industry to look exceptionally young which pushes them towards cosmetic procedures .
