Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

As hard as we all have tried to refrain ourselves from falling to those random fan theories fabricated only to splurge anticipation, we can’t help but admit this season has made way to some of the most outlandish speculations ever. If these theories that got in the making since year be put together, the contents of it may prove enough to introduce another GOT book.

Now that we are moments away from the launch of season 6, here’s a final (also serious) set of theories or predictions that we hope formulate this year. So here goes the final 4 predictions for Game of Thrones Season 6:

Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

Theory/Prediction 1: Lyanna Stark + Rhaegar Targaryen = Jon Snow

Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

For people who’ve read the book and the ardent followers of the series may find clause in the theory that Jon Snow is not a Ned Stark bastard after all. The audience know him to be the son of Ned Stark who after having an affair in King’s Landing brought to the table that Jon is his son. If theories are to go by, Jon may be a Targaryen. Ned’s sister Lyanna, who apparently got kidnapped by the Rhaegar Targaryen, the son of the Mad King gave birth to his child who we know as Jon Snow. As appalling as it may sound, the theory has some substance.

    Theory/Prediction 2: The Stark Reunion

Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

All major members of the Stark family have been scattered ever since the first season, only this time there may be a reunion. While Robb and Catelyn Stark were killed at the red wedding 3 seasons back, Sansa, Arya, Bran and wait for it Jon Snow are headed for somewhere a common destination. With Sansa having made an escape and Bran headed towards her, the two are likely to meet. Also Arya who is either speculated to reach Westeros or head to Winterfell may also cut Sansa’s way considering they get to know of each other’s well being.

    Theory/Prediction 3: Cersei being killed/dethroned

Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

Cersei’s fortune while she was a kid foretold about her being a queen, have three beautiful children. While she gets all of it, it was also predicted a woman will snatch it all away from her. The three women who we feel in contention are: Margaery, Daenerys or Sansa. Also not to rule out, her ‘little brother’ will become the cause of her death. While Tyrion would look as the usual suspect, let’s not forget Jamie is also younger to her.

Theory/Prediction 4: Jon Snow is Not Dead

Game Of Thrones Season 6: Final Set of Theories We Believe In

Keeping the optimistic torch lit up, we’ll say this again, Jon Snow cannot be dead. While he’s been seen at the filming sets of season 6 in costume, there’s so much to his character that can’t be left undone. While most theories say he should be able to resurge himself as Starks have a gift of getting into the lives of their animals, Jon too could possibly do it. Also Melisandre, the red woman is expected to spin her magic and bring Jon back to life since she is there and could use her powers to give life to Snow in anyway.

While these are the predictions that we want to stick by, there are a number of theories that have been in the grapevine for almost a year. The time has finally come to make countenance with all the real ones. What do you have in store for us David Benioff and D. B. Weiss?
