GUYS! This Bhojpuri Song About The Currency Ban Is Hilarious AF!

While for rest of the country the Bhojpuri film industry might be more or less just the song 'Lollipop Laagelu',  but it is actually a very diverse and culturally engaging industry where films, videos and songs keep on coming and entertaining the Hindi heartland. 

However, we can agree with one thing, these Bhojpuriya people know how to give everything a fun twist, Such a sweet language as Bhojpuri, when used to taunt socio-political issues with the real-life touch of typical middle class, becomes a concoction of fun and amusement.

Take the recent currency ban for example. On 8th November at 8 pm , PM Narendra Modi announced that 500 and 1000 bank notes would become illegal from midnight. And lo behold, we already have a Bhojpuri song explaining why it was a sudden blow. The singer taunts Mr. Modi in a disapproving tone that why the heck did he do this. She also says how difficult it was for her to save all this money, and now if she asks her Mother-in-law to help out, she'll whoop her ass.
