Half Girlfriend Trailer: Arjun Kapoor Is The Only Saving Grace And Shraddha Kapoor Looks Stale As Ever!

So Chetan Bhagat’s books can now be the official future scripts for films. The trailer of the film adaptation of his book, ‘Half Girlfriend’ is out. And once again we have Arjun Kapoor in the lead.

But this time, he is great as Madhav Jha. He has got the accent pretty good and is convincing as the small town boy hopelessly in love with the best girl in the college, Riya.

Shraddha Kapoor looks exactly like how she looks in every other movie. We are amazed how she is always cast as the happy go lucky, always smiling girl. She is a fashionista in this one, but there is little that differentiates her from the roles that she has done in her previous films.

The show stealer here is Vikrant Massay who is absolutely convincing as Madhav’s friend. He is stupendous, but for some reason stuck as only a supporting character in the movie.

The music and the feel of the movie will definitely remind you of all the other recent Mohit Suri movies, and especially Aashique 2. Check out the trailer here:
