Here's How Aditya Chopra Promoted His Film For The First Time In 21 Years

Befikre, starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor, is set to release this Friday. And as expected we have begun to see the stars of the film promoting the film on every platform possible. But we didn't expect -- heck, nobody expected -- that Aditya Chopra himself has taken part in the promotion process.

To tell you how big this is we have to remind you that the famed filmmaker never promotes his film. The last time he was remotely part of the promotional process was taking part in the behind-the-scenes videos of Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. To put that into perspective, that was 21 years ago. And since then, the filmmaker has directed two more films and produced a countless number of them, but has never once promoted his film. 

But now as the release of his latest film nears, he has something truly unprecedented. The filmmaker has penned a hefty blog post titled ‘My Second First Film’, which was also shared by Ranveer Singh on his Twitter account.
