Golden Petal Awards is an award function that is held to confer awards to the television personalities of the Colors channel for their work and performance for that year. For the Golden Petal Awards of 2017 on Colors TV, the makers are done with the nominations. The award function’s nomination list is finally out.

Nominations for this year’s best show (fiction) are Naagin 2, Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan, Shani, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki and Udann Sapnon Ki. For the best actress award, there is a war between Rubina Dilaik (Saumya) - Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Meera Deosthale (Chakor) - Udann Sapnon Ki, Sangeita Chauhan (Meghna) - Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan, Ankita Sharma (Naina) - Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan, Kratika Sengar (Tanuja) - Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Rashami Desai (Shorvari) - Dil Se Dil Tak and Jasmin Bhasin (Teni) - Dil Se Dil Tak. Seems like, it’s going to be a lot of competition.

With so many new serials coming up, the competition has increased. For the best male actor, the nominations are Vivian Dsena (Harman) - Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Vijayendra Kumeria (Suraj) - Udann Sapnon Ki, Samridh Bawa (Karan) - Ek Shringaar Swabhimaan, Sharad Malhotra (Rishi) - Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, Siddharth Shukla (Parth) - Dil Se Dil Tak and Karanvir Bohra (Rocky) - Naagin 2. Other nominations are also out and we know it would be a fun night.
