Is Hrithik Roshan Losing The Legal Battle Against Kangana Ranaut ?

The alleged relationship between Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut ended with an ugly outvome it very certain. When Kangana made a ‘silly ex’ comment in an interview in January she got slammed by a legal notice from the actor who wanted to make certain that the comment was not aimed at him.

The matter escalated quickly and Hrithik then filed a case saying that it was some imposter that had been sending her messages and disillusioned Kangana that it him. Well as funny as the case did sound, it has now been closed by the police.

As stated by Kangana that there was no imposter, the fact has been proven by the forensic department of police that filed a NIL report because of lack of evidence. The Commissioner of Police, Sanjay Saxena stated in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, “We have been unable to find anything on the mail ID as the server is located in the US. Now it is very difficult to ascertain who was using the account. Still, we will try to conclude [the case] from the available evidence.”

After the report was released Kangna’s lawyer responded by saying   “We are not surprised to learn that the police have, after a thorough investigation, filed a NIL report, which means that they could not trace any imposter as was claimed by Hrithik Roshan…Kangana has always been maintaining that there was no imposter ever.”

The outcome may not sound surprising but we are not unsure where this would lead to for the two actors.
