5 Times Hrithik Roshan's Performances Proved He Is Still In The Koi Mil Gaya Hangover!

Hrithik might be experiencing a bad phase at the bollywood box office since the past few releases, but the actor has no doubt given us some very memorable performances since we first saw him in Kaho Na.. Pyaar Hai. Of these playing Rohit in Koi Mil Gaya was definitely a game changer for the actor! In the 2003 sci-fi blockbuster, Hrithik played a mentally disabled man and was highly appreciated his performance and we certainly understand how much hard work and effort went into giving such a convincing performance on screen.

What we however failed to understand over so many years since the film released in 2003, is how much effort and practice would he require to fall out of his Rohit routine!  The actor has off and on delivered performances where we were forced to recall the Rohit in him, even when we didn’t want to! Here 5 are films of Hirthik Roshan we saw the Rohit in him Jump out and take over!

Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon – **Where it all started!!** The film that also released in the same year as Koi Mil Gaya, just a few months before, was sort of a prequel to warn us what is coming! While we will pick Koi Mil Gaya any day above this overacting exercise, we have to say we were fairly warned that Rohit is coming! Perhaps it was Jadoo sending us a sign!

Krrish – This had to be inevitable, for Krrish is the son of Rohit! We were of the belief that at least the superhero avatar would be different but then we accepted it as genetics!

Lakshya –The man child that Hrithik was in the first half of the film, we were convinced that the entire flick would pass being remained of his Koi Mil Gaya self! But thankfully his army bit in the movie took some off that away!

Dhoom 2 – Film was just brought good old Rohit to our minds! We swelled with pride when it felt like he went to cool school and learnt some super cool stunts! Don’t take us wrong we loved Hrithik in the film, but in glimpses we just couldn’t help with the uncanny similarities! Especially when he played the old sweeper in a scene!

 Guzarish – Hats off to him for being able to pull off this one!  He played a quadriplegic who requested the court to allow him to die. The moving story did not succeed at the box office but was called Hrithik’s career’s best performance! But then why play sneak peek Rohit! While we tried really hard not to be reminded of his Koi Mil Gaya avatar, but he there he did again!

Kaabil –Incidentally produced by the man behind Koi Mil Gaya, Hrithik is coming back so shall we say Rohit? The trailer of the film released and he was much appreciated for playing the blind guy seeking revenge. The film might even bring back his sinking career back on track and also resurrect Rohit!

This definitely doesn’t mean that we mind seeing Rohit, especially if he is so stuck in the super hot body of Hirthik Roshan!
