IFFM Winners List: Which Bollywood Movies & Stars Won Big in Australia?

The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2016 which started from August 11, awarded the best and brightest of Bollywood. In its fifth year, the prestigious award show has 'Women Empowerment' as its theme this year.

Best Film: Kapoor & Sons

The family drama won the top prize in Melbourne.

Best Actor: Nawazuddin Siddiqui 

For brilliantly playing an unreedemable killer in Raman Raghav 2.0.

Best Actress: Sonam Kapoor

For portraying the courageous flight attendant Neerja Bhanot.

Best Indie film: Parched

Leena Yadav's acclaimed drama starring Radhika Apte won the indie prize.

Diversity Award: Fawad Khan

For his contribution to Indian and Pakistani Cinema.
