Though Nimrat Kaur has been in the industry for quite a long time, but now she is making her way into the mainstream cinema. She gained prominence for her role in Ritesh Batra's 'The Lunchbox' and now is making news for her performance in Akshay Kumar starrer 'Airlift'. 

What makes the Indie star stand out of the lot is her humble personality even when she has been a national and an international star. Her debut film was an English film 'One Night With The King' after which she bagged a role in Anurag Kashyap's 'Peddler' in 2012. Nimrat has also been associated with the American sitcom Homeland.
