4 Upcoming Irrfan Khan Movies That Will Continue To Prove That He's An Acting God

So by now it is of little doubt what a talent Irrfan Khan is. It has got to a point he is not even ignored or underrated. He frequently wins awards and his movies – which a lot of times now star him in the lead – do really well at the box office. Slowly but surely, he has a carved out a place for himself in the industry and is one of the most recognised actors that our country possesses.

As mentioned before, both in India and globally, he has consistently appeared in all sorts of films over the past couple of decades. And with that, he has taken up more and more challenging roles. His filmography has become such that it could easily cause envy to the actors working alongside him. 

Here are his upcoming projects proving that point:

INFERNO

Based on a popular book by Dan Brown, Irrfan Khan is all set to play a key role in the movie, starring Tom Hanks and Felicity Jones as well. 

The movie will release on October 14, two weeks before its US release.

HINDI MEDIUM

Irrfan Khan will be seen paired opposite Pakistani actress Saba Qamar in Saket Chaudhary's film 'Hindi Medium', produced by Dinesh Vijan and Bhushan Kumar. The film is touted as a light-hearted romantic comedy about a couple from Chandni Chowk, who aspire to merge with Delhi's elite society.

The film is scheduled for 2017 rekease.

THE SONG OF SCORPIONS

Irrfan Khan will play the role of a caml trader in this upcoming film, opposite popular Iranian actress-musician Golshifteh Farahani. The film will be directed by Anup Singh and produced by Tigmanshu Dhulia.

The film is slated for a 2017 release.

DOOB/ NO BED OF ROSES

Irrfan Khan  will play the titular role in Bangladeshi director Mostofa Sarwar Farooki’s Bengali and English movie  “No Bed of Roses” (“Doob” in Bengali). The actor will also serve as the producer of the film, which will deal death in a different way.
