Kajol Just Blamed Lack Of Good Scripts For Her Absence Now And We Have Some Serious Doubts!

Kajol Just Blamed Lack Of Good Scripts For Her Absence Now And We Have Some Serious Doubts!

So Kajol said something, and it didn't make sense to me. Well, at least when I decided to think about it, I lost clues and some points of my IQ. Want to find out what it is?

Apparently, Kajol is of the opinion that there is a dearth of interesting scripts in the industry. Well, brownie points there. I was trying to find out exactly what was wrong with our good old Bollywood.  Since now I know, I can die in peace.

But hey wait, in an interview where all of this went down, Kajol also mentioned that she has become 'choosy' in her roles now.
Quoting verbatim from the interview given to PTI:

"Despite all the changes that we see in cinema today, it is difficult to find exciting scripts, whether you are new or old. Also, I am getting choosy day by day" .

Okay, that sounds wrong on SO. MANY. LEVELS.

I mean... Choosy... Means picky.. Means you take different roles with different possibilities.

Where you explore your acting capabilities and test them.

And you .... experiment with your roles.

What a transformation, don't you think? I personally think Kajol has come a long way in choosing her roles.

And the color of her sarees, and the places where she travels to shoot for those chiffon-clad songs.

    Such change. Much Wow!

But this calls for some serious thinking that what does being choosy really mean. Like, choosing different kind of dumb script over a certain kind of dumb script? If that's being choosy, then okay. And maybe, just maybe it was a conscious choice once you agreed to star in Dilwale. What are the directors supposed to do?

We hear you. And agree with you. *tries to control the laugh*

I'm just hoping that I don't get killed for this, because I'm pretty sure Singham would be pretty mad at me:

    And so would Kajol,

But I'm hoping for some mercy, kyonki Kajol 'Bade Dilwali hai na'.

    *runs away and hides*
