Here's Why Kangana's Swachh Bharat Ad Might Appeal To A Few!

Cleanliness Is Next To Godliness!

We have grown up hearing this and have been told several times to follow this phrase religiously! In fact, who can stay happy in a place that is not clean? We all try and keep out immediate surrounding as dirt free as possible. But what about our extended home- our locality or the roads? Do we keep them clean as well?

Maybe we do. Or maybe we don’t. Sometimes we don’t even realize it! So Bollywood has decided to join hands to make us understand the necessity of a Swachh Bharat!

The ad features celebs like Isha Koppikar and Ravi Kishan! The ad, directed by Pradeep Sarkar of Parineeta fame, shows how we worship goddess Laxmi but often forget that God would reside only where cleanliness is! So every time someone dirties their immediate surroundings, the goddess vanishes from the picture!

We were nothing less than shocked when we found who Goddess Laxmi is- none other than Kangana Ranaut! Amitabh Bachchan has given his voice for the ad!

The #DontLetHerGo campaign is good. The ad is appealing and fun. But in a diverse country like India, the ad would appeal only to a certain section of the population! We are eagerly waiting for more ads and maybe a seies with the same hashtag so that the campaign can have maximum appeal and reaches out to the entire population of India!
