OMG! Kardashian Sisters Sued For $180 million

The Kardashian clan which is known for grabbing eyeballs with everything they do is back in the news. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney gained popularity through the social media and now that social media has become the rope around their neck. The Kardashian sisters launched a beauty brand in 2012 called 'Khroma Beauty' and Boldface took up this project. Last year, the brand was in the news again. The beauty line was renamed to 'Kardashian Beauty' and Hillair Capital management bought Boldface and acquired their product line too. 

When Hillair Capital Management came to Kardashian's rescue little did they know that they will be in for some legal trouble with the rescuer.

'Kardashian Beauty' has been sued for $180 million because the sisters failed to promote their beauty line on the social media which caused huge losses to the company. The company is now suing them for different clauses including fraud, breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing amongst others.

The three sisters are being sued for the base amount the company invested ($10 million) and the losses the company has incurred due to their negligence.
