Koffee With Karan: Farah, Sania & Karan Make For An Interesting Gossip Session!

Last night's Koffee With Karan brought togther two women as guests who we didn't know were friends and would make for such a fun session  - Farah Khan and Sania Mirza. One is an esteemed Director apparently and the other is a world class Tennis player. What they have in common is their friendship. Yes, you heard it right. They are friends. Weird, yes.

Whenever two women come on the show together, we assume the worst. Especially in this case, they were married so no hook-ups, no boyfriends. Boring! But not so much. History (Koffee history) is proof that whenever two women come on the show together there is bound to be a lot of gossip and a lot of secrets will come out.

Let me start off by saying that Sania looked GORGEOUS. Her dress was great and so were her black pumps. Farah Khan looked amazing for Farah Khan. The show started on a good note with the girls talking and laughing, little self-depreciating humour here and there, Farah fantasies and Sania's travel. Though I have to say that Sania's voice was sometimes too pitch-y for me to handle and Farah too loud. Karan would call her boisterous. There is this comfortable chemistry between Farah and Karan which is adorable.

Poor guy really knows nothing about sports. One of the sports question in Koffee Quiz was  - Name the bowler who is known for his spin bowling in Lagaan?

Karan just stick to gossiping, okay? He is also very obsessed about sex these days, I wonder why...

The show had quite a few highlights with Farah openly stating other Directors wanted to be in their place and earn crores judging reality shows, wanting to hire Hrithik Roshan as her hot nanny and very casually saying that Sania never wanted to play with Paes in the Olympics. Rapid Fire had Farah being all fiery by gifting Ranveer Singh a box of condoms and preferring dead Actresses and Directors over alive ones (diplomatic much?). She has also been mistaken for Farhan Aktar! Wait, what??

To not discredit Sania, she did pretty well for her debut. She likes tall men and she likes them shirtless. She wants Parineeti to find a BF (I feel you Parineeti) and Varun Dhawan to open up about his GF. She also thinks that "Happy New Year" is Farah Khan's best film to date. Here's to supporting your friends, even at their worst.

Tip - Don't ever ask Sania for "Mixed Doubles" ;)
