Movie Review: Jai Gangaajal

We are watching the movie and this is what we feel after watching the first half. 

A descriptive narrative of the vote bank politics in Bihar which percolates down into the roots of the society. Corruption and hooliganism are ingrained in it. Priyanka Chopra, Prakash Jha and Manav Kaul play a pivotal role in the narrative.

Though the film is great till now and the acting is stupendous but the action looks a little forced. 

As the film walks towards the second half, the screenplay gets better. The script is very powerful and little did we know that Prakash Jha was a brilliant actor. Priyanka Chopra has shown us a glimpse of her 'FBI' side and Manav Kaul is brilliant. Though the film deserved a better end, but it still makes for a compelling watch.
