Movie Review: Rocky Handsome

    Movie Review: Rocky Handsome

First half of Rocky Handsome develops the mystery around John's character which definitely keeps you intrigued. With his chiseled body and dare devil personality, he does what he's best at it: kicking some serious butt. The scene right before the intermission will make you go WOAH!

Director turned actor, Nishikant Kamath plays the villain in the film and does a pretty decent job so far! The chemistry between John and the little girl, though not explored much till now, is quite endearing.

    Movie Review: Rocky Handsome

The little girl is definitely off to a promising start. The movie revolving around a drug mafia, has some excellent chase sequences and the cinematography is well executed

Rocky Handsome is a typical John Abraham movie. There's full proof action, a major violent streak, some really cool daredevil stunts and ofcourse, no movie is complete without some amount of melodrama! However, this one's definitely not for the faint-hearted. If you're a peace loving person, Rocky Handsome is not your cup of tea and you might just not be able to handle the amount of violence shown.

There's hardly anything in the movie that you haven't seen before. It will definitely remind you of Abraham's previous outing, Force but on another note, Rocky Handsome has its own good points. The climax especially, has been very well shot with some jaw dropping action sequences.

Shruti Haasan in her brief role is impressive and the anti-heroes have done a pretty decent job! However, it's a John Abraham show all the way. He's present in every single frame and oh boy, does he look handsome or what? The film could've been shorter and crisper and probably, a little less violent but still, somewhere the film would work for you. We'll go with 3 stars for Rocky Handsome.
