The wedding of Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech was eagerly awaited by the entire nation and finally on the 30^th of November the popular couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Chandigarh. The internet went crazy with so many pictures of their sangeet, mehndi and wedding doing the rounds on the internet.

But the bride was surprisingly referred to as Gurbasant Kaur instead of Hazel Keech during the ceremony. As surprising that name is, it definitely drew a lot of curious minds to dig out the reason behind this. Well, Hazel has reportedly changed her name post marriage and Gurbasant Singh Kaur is what she has embraced as her new name!

Apparently it was a suggestion of Baba Ram Singh ji, who is the family guru of Yuvraj’s family. It was with his blessings that the ceremony was conducted in a small village Duffera near Chandigarh.

Shocking right? We can possibly never get used to calling Hazel by this new name!
