Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees is still going strong at the box office. The film has already crosses the Rs 100 crore mark and has been declared a hit. Thanks to its sleek editing and style, Raees also received favourable reviews from critics. But good editing comes at a cost, and the first casualty was a song titled Halka halka.

The makers have now released the song composed by Ram Sampath and voiced by Shreya Ghosal, Ram Sampath and Sonu Nigam.

It’s featured on Shah Rukh Khan, who plays a Gujarati bootlegger in Raees, and Pakistani actor Mahira Khan, his love interest in the film.

Javed Akhtar’s lyrics, coupled with a peppy tune, Halka halka is a romantic number that shows how love blossomed between Shah Rukh and Mahira.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, Raees released with Kaabil at the box office on January 25.
