It's been 7 years since Slumdog Millionaire released!

This British drama film directed by Danny Boyle took the world by a storm after it's release. It became Fox Searchlight Picture's highest grossing film ever, worldwide!   

The movie starred Anil Kapoor, Irrfan Khan, Dev Patel, Freida Pinto, Madhur Mittal in the lead! It was a critically acclaimed movie, worldwide. It was a proud moment for India when the movie reached Oscars and won eight out of ten Academy Awards for which it was nominated! The legendary A.R Rahman wooed the people all over the world with "Jai Ho" .

The movie also won seven of the eleven BAFTA awards and won all four Golden Globe awards for which it was nominated!
