Sridevi's 'MOM' Avoids Clash With Ranbir's Jagga Jasoos And Shraddha's Haseena; Will Now Clash With Spider-Man: Homecoming!

The release of Sridevi’s Mom has been preponed by a week to avoid box office clash with three big releases in July. The thriller drama directed by Ravi Udyawar is set for a July 7 release, its makers said in a statement today.

Mom also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles. A R Rahman has composed the music for the film.

Mom was earlier scheduled to release on July 14 when Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif’s Jagga Jassos, Saif Ali Khan’s Chef and Shraddha Kapoor’s Haseena: The Queen of Mumbai will also open.

July 7, however, will see the release of American superhero film Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Earlier, Tiger Shroff’s Munna Michael was set to release on July 7 but the makers postponed it to July 21.
