Sultan: The Game is an app that launched last month and is already popular among fans. Created by Udupi-based gaming studio 99Games Online Pvt Ltd, the app has got 500,000 downloads on the Playstore already and is also very highly rated as far as mobile apps are concerned.

99Games, which had released mobile games for Aamir's action-packed movie 'Dhoom:3' and Shah Rukh-starrer 'FAN', has now created for Salman Khan's Sultan. The action-centric game where players fight a pro wrestler Sultan, has been developed at a cost of around Rs 1 crore.

99Games has also previously created the virtual gratification game  Star Chef. The app, whose revenue has crossed $5 million on the Apple app store, gives a glimpse of its popularity among players attempting at becoming a MasterChef in the virtual world!.

While 'Dhoom: 3' game has garnerned 20 million downloads, 'Fan' app has clocked 4 million downloads at various platforms. According to reports, Yash Raj Studio expects that the game to be downloaded 15 million times in six months.
