Upasana Singh: From Falling With Kapil Sharma To Her Speedy Returns Post His Conflict With Sunil Grover

Kapil Sharma is not new to facing problems when it comes to the professional front. Who can forget his fight with Colors TV and how he pulled his show away from the channel and re built it entire on Sony TV. Things were not as hunky dory when he left Colors as even then some of his co stars like Upasana Singh, aka Pinky Bua chose to stay back and it was a big jolt to most of the audiences who strongly supported Comedy Nights With Kapil.

But compared to the trouble that The Kapil Sharma Show is facing today, the history seems like a tiny speck. With most of the cast of the mega comedy show walking out, fallowing the entire falling out between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover on a flight back from Australia, there were little hopes that the audiences have for the shows revival. But Kapil is fighting tooth and nail to make certain that he restores the show’s lost glory and there is some good news to the fans of the former cast. Upasana Singh is taking a U turn back to join Kapil Sharma and his new team.

So why did Upasana Singh leave when the rest of the comedian followed Kapil Sharma to his new show?

When Kapil and Colors TV had a difference of opinion, Kapil and his team stormed out and started a new, but strangely, Upasana Singh wasn’t amongst them. She found it more enticing to stick round with the channel and participate in their new show, Comedy Nights Live. She continued to play the part of Pinky Bua in the show but sadly for her it was not the same.

She had complaints of unprofessional behavior from the team and the differentiated treatment led her to walk out of the show. Her plan to stay back with Colors hit her badly and she walked out in a huff while Comedy Nights Live producers expected her to sign a contract that she would not end up rushing back to Kapil Sharma’s show.

In an interview with India Today she was quoted saying "I feel they roped me in just because they wanted someone who had worked in Kapil's show before to help them get a good TRP. Essentially, they have just used me to their advantage. Now that the show has opened to a good TRP and is established, they have started making me feel useless on their show. The lines I got on the show were without any humour and punch lines. I requested the director of CNL several times to look into the matter, but he always said, "Abhi show shuru hua hai..dheere dheere theek ho jaayega."

Kapil Sharma instantly got in touch with her as soon as she quit Comedy Nights Live but she remained missing from both shows for a long while and now that things are going bad with The Kapil Sharma Show, here is Bua ji back to the rescue. It might be slightly delayed but the reunion is a bitter sweet moment for the fans of the actress and is one good reason for them to catch up with the show again!
