6 Bollywood Clashes That Will Make You Super Excited About 2017!

2017 sounds like an exciting year for Bollywood. Not only do we have some extremely interesting films lined up, but some would even have a face off at the box-office. Yes, some of the biggest movies to be made this year would share the same date of release. Here is a list of 6 upcoming clashes that will make you super excited about 2017:

1. Meri Pyaari Bindu VS Sarkar 3 (12^th May)

12^th May will see a one of its kind clash at the box office. Not two but three films will be releasing on that day itself- Yash Raj’s Ayushmann and Parineeti starrer rom-com ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu’, RGV’s political drama ‘Sarkar 3’ starring Amitabh Bachchan and the Irffan Khan and Saba Qamar starrer ‘Hindi Medium!

2. Hindi Medium VS Half Girlfriend (19th May)

Originally scheduled for a 12th May release, Hindi Medium was later postponed for a 19th May release, thereby creating a fresh clash between this film and Mohit Suri's Half Girlfriend. While movie adaptations of Chetan Bhagat's books generally do well at the box office, people are also excited about the realistic portrayal of the status of English language in today's India in Hindi Medium. 

3. Raabta VS Behen Hogi Teri (9th June)

Behen Hogi Teri, the trailer of which impressed everyone, was originally scheduled to release on 2nd June. The Shruti Hassana and Rajkummar Rao film has already got some great reaction. Now, after being postponed to 9th June release, it will clash with Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon starrer 'Raabta'. The film, which looks similar to Magadheera, also has rajkummar Rao who will play a 324 year old character in the movie.

4. Jagga Jassos VS Hassena VS Chef (14^th July)

Jagga Jassos got delayed but will be finally seeing the light of the day on 14^th July along with Shraddha Kapoor starrer biopic on Dawood’s sister Haseena Parker. Apparently Saif Ali Khan’s Chef would also be releasing on the same date, though its poster is not out yet. Sridevi’s ‘Mom’ was earlier put for release on the same day but it has now been preponed to 7^th July.

5. Toilet: Ek Prem Katha VS SRK-Anushka starrer untitled film (11^th August)

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha was scheduled for release on 2^nd June while Crack was scheduled for an Independence Day release. Now it has been postponed to 11^th August and will be clashing with SRK and Anushka starrer untitled film. Crack has been postponed.

6. Golmaal Returns VS Secret Superstar (Diwali)

Ajay Devgn will once again have a Diwali release with Golmaal Returns and this time he will be clashing with Aamir Khan. Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Returns will clash with Aamir’s Secret Superstar this Diwali!
