It is needless to say that 2018 was a great year for Bollywood where content took precedence over stardom. The smallest of films with great content did humongous business and the biggest duds flopped thanks to questioning the intelligence of the audiences.  But then there were some movies that did not fit the bill in either of the categories but were finitely not the flops one thought them to be!

So despite your wishful thinking, here are the movies of 2018 that you cannot call flops.

Pari – Anushka Sharma’s chilling experiment with horror might have scared many people away from the theatres but that doesn’t really mean that the film tanked.  Made on a small budget, Pari did an average business earning close to 25 crores.

Race 3 – With the reigns of the Race franchise in Salman Khan’s hands, the third installment of the franchise became more about crappy dialogues, OTT action, and a very predictable storyline. The film resurrected Bobby Deol’s career and also starred Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Jacqueline Fernandez. While the disappointment with the film was all over, the film with 169 crores in its kitty was not a flop.
