Chhichhore Day 7 Box-Office: The Sushant Singh Rajput Film Collects Better Than Day 1!

Nitesh Tiwary’s Chhichhore is breaking rules every day. Last day, i.e., on Wednesday (Day 6) the film had collected just a few lakhs less than its first day collection. But on Day 7,i.e., on Thursday, the film again saw a hike in its collection. Yes, you read that right. The film collected more money than not just Day 6, but also more than its opening day; and Chhichhore was Sushant Singh Rajput’s second biggest opening day collection!

On Day 7, i.e. on Thursday, it collected 7.50 crores as compared to 7.20 crores on Thursday. The collection has now gone up to 68.83 crores within Week 1.

Well, that is an incredible feat given Chhichhore is a mid range film. Apart from this one, only Uri: The Surgical Strike managed to reach such a feat. Within Week 1, the Vicky Kaushal starrer grew significantly, thanks to the word-of-mouth and within a week, it collected 71.26 crores. Yes, Chhichhore is definitely one of the most profitable films of the year!

Now that Dream Girl and Section 375 are releasing this weekend, the collections would slow down, but it would still trend well! Will it be able to make it to the 100 crore club? Well, only time will tell.
