Jawaani Jaaneman Day 1 Box-Office: The Saif Ali Khan Starrer Opens At 3.24 Crore INR

The opening day numbers of Jawaani Jaaneman is here and the film seems to have performed better than most of Saif Ali Khan’s solo films.

2020 seems to be a good year for Saif Ali Khan. His film, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, where he played the antagonist Uday Bhan, went on to collect over 200 crores and is now eying the 250 crore mark. Now, just within two weeks, his film Jawaani Jaaneman has also hit the theatres abnd the film is doing better than Saif’s other solo releases in the last few years.

Jawaani Jaaneman collected 3.24 crores INR on Day 1. The film had a mere 10 percent occupancy in the morning shows, but looks like it picked up and the film’s business improved by the evening shows.

Well, if the film is able to keep up this, it should see a growth during the weekend. The film has been called average by most reviewers and seems like people are looking forward to see Saif turn the man-child once again. It should easily cross the 10 crore mark by the weekend. The film will be a hit if it managed to collect approx. 30-35 crores INR. The film’s main competition would be Saif’s other release, Tanhaji. And given Malang would release next week, it is important for the film to maintain a good foothold this week at the box-office.
