Saaho Day 1 Box-Office: The Prabhas Starrer Becomes The Third Highest Opener Of The Year!

Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho had been one of the biggest releases of the year. Made with a budget of almost 350 crores, the film marked Prabhas’ comeback after Baahubali and Shraddha’s debut in regional films. The film was expected to have one of the biggest openings of all times and well, The Hindi version of the film did open well.

The Prabhas-Shraddha starrer opened to a whopping 24. 40 crores. A lot of the numbers had been contributred by Prabhas’ ‘die-hard’ fans as well, who made sure they would watch the film on the first day itself. The advance bookings too helped Saaho achieve this feat.

Well, the Saturday and Sunday collections of the film would be crucial to determine how much it would collect through its lifetime. But given the bad reviews the film is garnering, the collections may not reach as predicted. Well, only time will tell how much the film will be able to mint at the box-office.
