War Day 2 Box-Office: Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff’s Action Thriller Rakes In 24.35 Crores!

War seems to be unstoppable. After creating history by making the highest amount on its opening day, the Hrithim Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer film is continuing its rule at the box-office. On Day 2, which has been a working day fotr most states in the nation, the film maintained its grip and pocketed a superb amount.

On Day 2,i.e., on Thursday, the film made a whopping 23.10 crores at the box-office for its Hindi version. This was slightly more than Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh’s opening day numbers. The Tamil and Telugu version collectively collected 1.25 crores, showing only a slight decline. The total collection on Day 4 was 24.35 crores and the total of two days stands at 77.70 crores.

Thanks to the stupendous response to the film, another 1500-2000 screens have been added to the film on Friday. This would mean even better collection on the weekend and even the Friday collections should see a rise at the box-office!

The superb Day 2 collection is an achievement in itself, given it was not a holiday. Well, we can just expect the film to grow even more. While War is more likely to cross 100 crores by today, it has a fairly good chance to cross 200 crores by Week 2 as well, since there would be the Dusshera holiday just after the weekend.
